DISABILITY SERVICES ACT 1986 No. 129 of 1986 - SECT 16

16. (1) Where-

   (a)  either of the following sub-paragraphs apply-

        (i)    a grant of financial assistance to a person under this Part has
               been made on terms and conditions with respect to the use or
               disposal of any land, building or equipment;

        (ii)   a person has entered into an agreement under this sub-section
               under which the person is required to comply with terms and
               conditions with respect to the use or disposal of any land,
               building or equipment; and

   (b)  the person has transferred, or proposes to transfer, the whole or a
        part of the person's interest in the land, building or equipment to
        another person, the Minister may enter into an agreement with the
        other person under which the other person is required to comply, or
        will, upon the transfer being effected, be required to comply, with
        terms and conditions, whether with respect to the use or disposal of
        the land, building or equipment or otherwise.
(2) In sub-section (1), "person" includes a State or eligible organisation.
