DISABILITY SERVICES ACT 1986 No. 129 of 1986 - SECT 34

34. (1) The Secretary may, either generally or as otherwise provided in the
instrument of delegation, by writing signed by the Secretary, delegate to an
officer all or any of the powers of the Secretary under this Act, other than
this power of delegation.

(2) A power delegated under sub-section (1) shall, when exercised by the
delegate, be deemed to have been exercised by the Secretary.

(3) A delegation of a power by the Secretary under sub-section (1) does not
prevent the exercise of the power by the Secretary.
