DEFENCE SERVICE HOMES AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 124 of 1988 - SECT 8
Delegation by Secretary
8. Section 6A of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection
(1) "section 5B" and substituting "this Act (except this power of delegation)
and any powers that the Secretary exercises on behalf of the Commonwealth
under Part VI".
