DEFENCE SERVICE HOMES AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 2) 1980 No. 128 of 1980 - SECT 5

5. Section 21 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (1) "$15,000" and substituting "$25,000";
        and

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (1A) "$15,000" and substituting
        "$25,000".
