ELECTORAL AND REFERENDUM AMENDMENT ACT 1984 No. 133 of 1984 - SECT 8

Misleading or deceptive publications, &c.

8. Section 122 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting sub-section (2);

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (4) ", (2)"; and

   (c)  by omitting sub-section (6).
