ECONOMIC PLANNING ADVISORY COUNCIL ACT 1983 No. 26 of 1983 - SECT 19
Committees of Council
19. (1) Subject to this section, the Council may establish such committees as
it thinks necessary for the purpose of the performance of its functions.
(2) A committee shall consist of such persons, whether members or not, as the
Council thinks fit.
