ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION (IMPACT OF PROPOSALS) ACT 1974

No. 164 of 1974 An Act to make provision for Protection of the Environment in
relation to Projects and Decisions of, or under the control of, the Australian
Government, and for related purposes.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, the Senate and the House of Representatives of
Australia, as follows:-
1. This Act may be cited as the Environment Protection (Impact of Proposals) 
Act 1974 .*
