ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION (IMPACT OF PROPOSALS) ACT 1974 No. 164 of 1974 - SECT 10

10. In respect of a particular matter of a kind referred to in any of the
paragraphs of section 5, any person may, by notice in writing, require the
Minister to inform him in writing as to what action, if any, has been taken,
or is proposed, for ensuring consideration of the environmental aspects of the
matter, and the Minister shall promptly inform the person in writing
accordingly.
