ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION (IMPACT OF PROPOSALS) ACT 1974 No. 164 of 1974 - SECT 13

13. Before a Commission commences to hold an inquiry, the Commission shall
give reasonable notice, by advertisement published in the Gazette and in such
newspapers as it thinks necessary, of its intention to hold the inquiry, the
subject of the inquiry and the time and place at which the inquiry is to be
commenced.
