ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION (IMPACT OF PROPOSALS) ACT 1974 No. 164 of 1974 - SECT 15
Power to summon witnesses.
15. A Commissioner may, by writing signed by him, summon a person to appear
before the Commission at a time and place specified in the summons to give
evidence and produce such books and documents (if any) as are referred to in
the summons.
