ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION (IMPACT OF PROPOSALS) ACT 1974 No. 164 of 1974 - SECT 21

21. (1) A Commissioner, or a person assisting a Commission and authorized by a
Commissioner to do so, may inspect any books or documents furnished to the
Commission for the purposes of the performance of its functions under this Act
or produced at an inquiry and may make copies of, or take extracts from, those
books or documents.

(2) Books or documents so furnished may be retained by the Commission for such
reasonable period as the Commission thinks fit.
