(1) The amount of annual Fund contribution payable by a provider under the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 is as determined by the Fund Manager for that provider under Division 4 of Part 5 of that Act. (2) The amount of special levy payable by a registered provider under the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 is as determined by the Fund Manager for that provider under section 73 of that Act.
