ENDANGERED SPECIES PROTECTION ACT 1992 No. 194 of 1992 - SECT 12
Act to bind Crown
12.(1) This Act binds the Crown in all its capacities.
(2) This Act does not render the Crown liable to be prosecuted for an offence.
