Excise Tariff Amendment Act 1983 No. 27 of 1983 - SECT 2

2. (1) Sections 1 and 2 shall come into operation on the day on which this Act
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Section 3 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 July 1982.

(3) Section 4 shall be deemed to have come into operation at the hour of 8
o'clock in the evening by standard time in the Australian Capital Territory on
17 August 1982.

(4) Section 5 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 1983.

(5) Section 6 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 April 1983.
