EXCISE TARIFF AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 20 of 1986 - SECT 2

2. (1) Sections 1 and 2 shall come into operation on the day on which this Act
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Section 3 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 23 May 1985.

(3) Section 4 shall be deemed to have come into operation at the hour of 8
o'clock in the evening by standard time in the Australian Capital Territory on
20 August 1985. Commencement

(4) Section 5 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 October 1985.

(5) Section 6 shall come into operation, or shall be deemed to have come into
operation, as the case requires, on 1 May 1986.

(6) Section 7 shall come into operation on 1 July 1986.
