Excise Tariff Amendment Act (No. 2) 1983 No. 99 of 1983 - SECT 2

2. (1) Sections 1, 2 and 3 shall come into operation on the day on which this
Act receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Sections 4, 5 and 8 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 July
1983.

(3) Section 6 shall be deemed to have come into operation at the hour of 8
o'clock in the evening by standard time in the Australian Capital Territory on
23 August 1983.

(4) Section 7 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 9 September 1983.
