Excise Tariff Amendment Act (No. 2) 1983 No. 99 of 1983 - SECT 8

8. The Schedule to the Excise Tariff Act 1921 is amended by omitting paragraph
17 (A) (2) in the Schedule and substituting the following paragraph:

''(2) Other . . . . Free or, if higher, the amount of duty ascertained in
accordance with section 6B''.
