FISHERIES AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 99 of 1978 - SECT 18

Forfeiture 
18. Section 13C of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by inserting in sub-section (2) ''13BA or 13BB,'' after ''section
        13AB,''; and

   (b)  by inserting in paragraph (c) of sub-section (2) ''or in relation to
which the offence is committed'' after ''time''.
