FISHERIES AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 99 of 1978 - SECT 2

2. (1) Section 1, this section and section 25 shall come into operation on the
day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.*1*

(2) The remaining provisions of this Act shall come into operation on a date
to be fixed by Proclamation.
