FISHERIES AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 99 of 1978 - SECT 21

21. Section 15 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section
substituted: Trial of offences
''15. (1) Subject to sub-section (2), an offence against sub-section (2A) of
section 13, section 13AB, 13B, 13BA or 13BB may be prosecuted either summarily
or on indictment, but a person is not liable to be prosecuted more than once
for the same offence.

''(2) Proceedings for an offence to which sub-section (1) applies shall not be
heard and determined summarily except with the consent of the defendant.''.
