Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered Acts24. Section 8 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 applies in relation to a provision of the Principal Act that has been amended by this Act in like manner as that section would apply to that provision if it had been repealed by this Act.
