FISHERIES AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 99 of 1978 - SECT 8

8. After section 7 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:
Excepted waters
''7A. The Governor-General may, by Proclamation, declare any proclaimed waters
to be excepted waters for the purposes of this Act.''.
