FISHERIES AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 86 of 1980 - SECT 14

14. Section 17 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (5) and
substituting the following sub-section:



"(5) In this section 'Australian waters' means Australian waters, whether
within or beyond the outer limits of the territorial sea of Australia, other
than waters within the limits of a State or internal Territory, and includes
waters adjacent to an external Territory, whether within or beyond the
territorial sea adjacent to the Territory.".
