FISHERIES AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 86 of 1980 - SECT 5

5. Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (1) and
substituting the following sub-section:



"(1) This Act extends to all of the Territories and has extra-territorial
operation according to its tenor.".
