FISHERIES AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 86 of 1980 - SECT 9
Regulation of fishing
9. Section 8 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof the
following sub-section:
"(5) For the purposes of section 5 of the Evidence Act 1905, a notice under
this section shall be deemed to be an order within the meaning of that
section.".
