FEDERAL AIRPORTS CORPORATION AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 26 of 1990 - SECT 12

12. (1) Section 16 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (2)
and substituting the following subsection:

"(2) The Chief Executive Officer is not entitled to be paid remuneration or
allowances under this section.".

(2) Subsection 16 (2) of the Principal Act as amended by this section does not
apply to the Chief Executive Officer until a person is appointed as the Chief
Executive Officer after the commencement of this section.
