FEDERAL AIRPORTS CORPORATION AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 26 of 1990 - SECT 32

32. After section 58 of the Principal Act the following sections are inserted:
Duties of Chief Executive Officer

"58A. (1) The Chief Executive Officer is, under the Board, to manage the
Corporation.

"(2) Anything done in the name of, or on behalf of, the Corporation by the
Chief Executive Officer is to be taken to have been done by the Corporation.
Chief Executive Officer holds office during Board's pleasure

"58B. The Chief Executive Officer holds office during the Board's pleasure.".
