FRINGE BENEFITS TAX ASSESSMENT ACT 1986 No. 39 of 1986 - SECT 125

125. All courts and tribunals, and all judges and persons acting judicially or
authorised by law or consent of parties to hear, receive and examine evidence,
shall take judicial notice of the signature of a person who holds or has held
the office of Commissioner, Second Commissioner of Taxation or Deputy
Commissioner attached or appended to any official document in connection with
this Act.
