Short title.
FINANCIAL CORPORATIONS ACT 1974
No. 36 of 1974 An Act relating to Corporations engaged in certain Financial
Operations.
BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, the Senate and the House of Representatives of
Australia, as follows:-
PART I-PRELIMINARY
1. This Act may be cited as the Financial Corporations Act 1974.*
