FINANCIAL CORPORATIONS ACT 1974 No. 36 of 1974 - SECT 23
Corporations may be directed to comply with Act.
23. (1) Where a corporation is convicted of an offence against this Act, the
Australian Industrial Court may, upon the application of the Attorney-General
by motion, direct compliance by the corporation, within a period specified by
the Court, with the provisions of this Act or the regulations, or of a
determination or direction, with which the corporation failed to comply.
(2) Jurisdiction is conferred on the Australian Industrial Court to hear and
determine an application made under sub-section (1).
