Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered Acts(1) Proceedings may be instituted in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) by way of application without the need for pleadings.
(2) Subsection (1) has effect subject to the Rules of Court.
