FINANCIAL CORPORATIONS (TRANSFER OF ASSETS AND LIABILITIES) ACT 1993 No. 97 of 1993 - SECT 12

Delegation

12. The Treasurer may by signed instrument delegate his or her powers under
paragraph 7(6)(a) to:

   (a)  the Governor, or a Deputy Governor, of the Reserve Bank; or

   (b)  an officer of the Reserve Bank Service.
