FAMILY COURT OF AUSTRALIA (ADDITIONAL JURISDICTION AND EXERCISE OF POWERS) ACT 1988 No. 8 of 1988 - SECT 23

23. Section 39 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection (2)
and paragraphs (6) (a) and (b) ", not being proceedings for principal relief,"
and substituting "(other than proceedings of a kind referred to in
subparagraph (a) (ii) or paragraph (b) of the definition of 'matrimonial
cause' in subsection 4 (1))".
