FAMILY COURT OF AUSTRALIA (ADDITIONAL JURISDICTION AND EXERCISE OF POWERS) ACT 1988 No. 8 of 1988 - SECT 35

35. Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subsection (1)
the following definitions in their respective appropriate alphabetical
positions (determined on a letter-by-letter basis):

" 'Family Court Judge' means a Judge of the Family Court (including the Chief
Judge, the Deputy Chief Judge, a Judge Administrator or a Senior Judge);
'the Family Court' means the Family Court of Australia;
'the Federal Court' means the Federal Court of Australia;".
