FAMILY COURT OF AUSTRALIA (ADDITIONAL JURISDICTION AND EXERCISE OF POWERS) ACT 1988 No. 8 of 1988 - SECT 4

4. After section 15 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:
Consultation between Chief Judge and Chief Judge of Family Court

"15A. The Chief Judge and the Chief Judge of the Family Court of Australia may
consult with each other in relation to the transfer of proceedings pending in
the Court to the Family Court (whether generally or in relation to the
transfer of particular proceedings).".
