FOREIGN EVIDENCE ACT 1994 No. 59 of 1994 - SECT 28

28. This Part applies to a proceeding, in an Australian court, that:

   (a)  is a civil proceeding other than a related civil proceeding; and

   (b)  is a proceeding under the Corporations Law or the ASC Law in which the
        ASC is a party.
