Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986

1  Paragraph 38(1B)(a)

Omit "the age of 50 years", substitute "qualifying age".

2  At the end of subsection 38(1B)

Add:

Note:          For qualifying age see section 5Q.

3  Application

The amendment made by item 1 applies in relation to claims for partner service pension made on or after 1 July 2008.
