First Home Owners Act 1983 No. 46 of 1983 - SECT 26
Making of decisions
26. (1) A decision of the Secretary shall be by instrument in writing.
(2) Notice of a decision of the Secretary shall be served by post on the
applicant, or on each of the applicants, as the case may be, at the address of
that person last known to the Secretary.
