First Home Owners Act 1983 No. 46 of 1983 - SECT 41

41. (1) The Secretary shall, as soon as practicable after each 30 June,
furnish to the Minister a report as to the administration and operation of
this Act during the year ended on that date.

(2) The Minister shall cause a copy of each report of the Secretary to be laid
before each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after
the receipt of the report by the Minister.
