Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered Acts(1) An authorised person is authorised to enter premises in accordance with paragraph 81(1)(a) only if the authorised person has informed the occupier or person in charge of the premises that the occupier or person may refuse consent.
(2) If an authorised person is on premises by consent in accordance with paragraph 81(1)(a), the authorised person must leave the premises if the occupier or person in charge of the premises asks the authorised person to do so.
