FISHING INDUSTRY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 1987 No. 174 of 1987 - SECT 14

14. (1) The Minister may grant leave of absence to the Chairperson of the
Council on such terms and conditions as the Minister considers appropriate.

(2) The Chairperson may grant leave of absence to another member of the
Council on such terms and conditions as the Chairperson considers appropriate.
