FISHING INDUSTRY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 1987 No. 174 of 1987 - SECT 35

35. (1) Money may, with the approval of the Council, be paid out of the
Trust Fund:

   (a)  in payment or discharge of the expenses and liabilities incurred by
        the Council or Selection Committee on behalf of the Commonwealth;

   (b)  in payment of remuneration, allowances and expenses payable under this
        Act; and

   (c)  in payment of any expenses incurred by the Commonwealth in the
        management of the investment of money standing to the credit of the
        Trust Fund.

(2) Until the commencement of Part II, the first reference in subsection (1)
to the Council shall be read as a reference to the Selection Committee.
