Resolutions without meetings
59. (1) Where 4 or more members of the Selection Committee sign a document
containing a statement that they are in favour of a resolution in the terms
set out in the document, a resolution in those terms shall be deemed to have
been passed at a duly convened meeting of the Selection Committee on the day
on which the document is signed, or, if the members who sign the document do
not sign it on the same day, on the day on which 4 members have signed the
document.
(2) Two or more separate but identical documents, each of which is signed by
one or more members, shall be deemed, for the purposes of sub-section (1), to
constitute the one document.
