FOREIGN JUDGMENTS ACT 1991 No. 112 of 1991 - SECT 19

Enforcement of judgments registered under State or Territory law after commencement of this Act 
19. A State or Territory law providing for the enforcement of judgments of
courts of a country continues to apply, and this Act (other than this
subsection) does not apply, after the commencement of this Act to judgments
registered:

   (a)  under that law before the commencement of this Act; or

   (b)  under section 18 of this Act.
