FISHING LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1984 No. 30 of 1984 - SECT 20

20. Section 13 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting paragraph (1) (a) and substituting the following
        paragraph:



"(a) in an area of proclaimed waters, be in charge of a boat that is being
used for fishing unless the person is the holder of a master fisherman's
licence that is in force;"; and

   (b)  by omitting sub-section (3).
