FISHING LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1984 No. 30 of 1984 - SECT 6

6. Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by omitting from sub-section (1) the definition of "fisherman";
(b) by inserting after the definition of "master" in sub-section (1) the
following definition:



" 'master fisherman's licence' means a licence granted under sub-section 9
(1);"; and

   (c)  by omitting from sub-section (1) the definition of "traditional
        fishing".
