Fishing Legislation Amendment Act 1985 No. 29 of 1985 - SECT 12

12. Section 12A of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting paragraph (3) (e) and substituting the following
        paragraph:



"(e) a class of boats;"; and

   (b)  by adding at the end the following sub-section:



"(4) A reference in this Part to units of fishing capacity is a reference to
the units into which, under a plan of management for a fishery, the fishing
capacity permitted for the fishing is divided.".
