Fishing Legislation Amendment Act 1985 No. 29 of 1985 - SECT 26

Certain offences to be indictable offences 
26. Section 15 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by inserting in sub-section (1) "section 13A or sub-section," after
        "13 (2A),"; and

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (1) "or 13BB (1)" and substituting ",
        13BB (1) or 14 (2)".
