Fishing Legislation Amendment Act 1985 No. 29 of 1985 - SECT 28
Reconsideration and review of decisions by the Minister or Secretary
28. Section 16A of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section
(1) "9A (1)" (wherever occurring) and substituting "9A (3A)".
