FAMILY LAW AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 181 of 1987 - SECT 58

Injunctions 
58. Section 114 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) "or of a child of the marriage";
        and
(b) by omitting from paragraph (1) (c) all the words after "marriage" (second
occurring).
